1. Refund Eligibility (New Registrations Only)

We offer a 100% refund (excluding GST) on new product registrations if the client is not satisfied with the product within 30 days from the date of registration.

  • Refund Request Process: Please send a refund request to [email protected] with your registered details and reason for cancellation.
  • Approval Timeline: Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 10 business days of receiving the email.
  • Refund Credit: Approved refunds will be credited within 3 bank working days from the date of approval to the original payment method .

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Add-On Services Subscriptions
  • Third-Party Subscriptions or Services

3. Account Termination & Forfeiture of Rights

Upon termination of your account, all rights to access the Website and associated benefits—such as referral discounts, incentive bonuses, and any pending compensation—shall automatically cease. Refunds are not applicable in case of account termination due to violations of our Terms of Use or misuse of services.

Upon termination of your Account, your right to participate in the Website, including, but not limited to, your right to offer or purchase Services and your right to receive any fees or compensation, including, without limitation, referral discounts, incentive bonuses, or other special offer rewards, shall automatically terminate. You acknowledge and agree that your right to receive any fees or compensation hereunder is conditional upon your proper use of the Website, your adherence to the Terms of Use, the continuous activation of your Account, and your permitted participation in the Website. In the event of Termination of Service, your Account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to your Account or any files or other data contained in your Account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, residual data may remain in the CHPL system.

Unless Communities Heritage Private Limited has previously cancelled or terminated your use of the Website (in which case subsequent notice by Communities Heritage Private Limited shall not be required), if you provided a valid email address during registration, Communities Heritage Private Limited will notify you via email of any such termination or cancellation, which shall be effective immediately upon Communities Heritage Private Limited’s delivery of such notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold Communities Heritage Private Limited, and its officers, managers, members, affiliates, successor, assigns, directors, agents, service professionals, suppliers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Termination of Service.
